Strada New Student Admission 2027/2028

REGISTRATION PERIOD

The New Student Admission for the 2027/2028 Academic Year
will be conducted simultaneously in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bekasi,
starting on October 2, 2026.

ADMISSION PROCESS

1. New Student Admission is conducted using the Sokrates system.
2. The Sokrates system provides both Online and Offline admission services.
3. Online Admission:
• Prospective students from Strada feeder schools are registered by the school’s Admission Administrator.
• Prospective students from non-Strada feeder schools may register independently through the Sokrates system or Sokrates Strada.
4. Offline Admission is conducted by the school’s Admission Administrator through the following mechanism:
• Prospective students complete the printed form by downloading the form here.
• The student’s data is entered into the Sokrates system by the school’s Admission Administrator.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1. A registration fee of Rp 75,000 is required for prospective students from outside Strada schools.
Applicants from Strada feeder schools are not charged a registration fee.
2. A selection test fee of Rp 20,000 is required for schools that conduct a selection test.
3. Complete the registration form and attach scanned copies of the Birth Certificate,
Family Card, and Baptism Certificate (for Catholic applicants).
4. Meet the applicable age requirements:
KB (3 years), TKA (4 years), TKB (5 years), and SD (6 years)
as of July 1 of the current year.
5. For junior high school (SMP) applicants, attach a photo/scan of report cards
for Grade IV and Grade V of elementary school (SD).
6. For senior high school (SMA) / vocational high school (SMK) applicants,
attach a photo/scan of report cards for Grade VII and Grade VIII of junior high school (SMP).

SOKRATES ADMISSION PROCESS

Sokrates Admission Process

There are 7 (seven) stages:
Profile, Registration, Registration Payment, Test Schedule,
Test Result, Final Payment, and Upload File.

1. Profile: contains the prospective student’s personal information.
2. Registration: contains the username, password,
and applicant’s email address for login.
3. Registration Payment: contains information
about the registration payment that has been made.
4. Test Schedule: contains the interview and test schedule
according to the admission settings for each school level.
5. Test Result: contains information about the test results.
6. Final Payment: contains information about the final payment.
7. Upload File: contains the documents uploaded by the applicant.
