Dear readers,
On September 26th, in our beloved school, Strada Santa Anna Junior High School held a special event. The event was to celebrate the closing of National Holy Bible month. The students were very happy to join all the activities at the event. The event took place at the school hall. It is on the fourth floor at school building. The event started from morning at 07.00 to 12.00 o’clock.
The first activity was worship God together. The worship was lead by Mr. Putra R. The worship was very solemn and religious. The worship made the students realized the Greatness of the Holy God that always guide the people to walk based on Bible way. There were some songs that the students had to sing and they also had to listen to Mr. Putra’s speech about the importance of reading the Bible in our life.
After that, the students joined the competition to celebrate the events. There were several competitions, such as Story Telling based from Luke Bible and Ruth Bible, Digital Drawing of picture from Holy Bible, Religious Choir, Holy Bible quiz and Creativity in making Holy Bible theme video. Every competition was held in different places. The judges had to decide which participant get the highest score. The competitions made the students very cheerful and vivid. The participants always look steady and brave. They really seemed seriously to win the competitions. At the last performance, there was a role play from Bina Iman extracurricular students . They had to play a drama from the Bible. The performance really got attention from the audience. They looked very happy to see the performance of their friends.
Finally, the event really succeed. The teachers and the students were very excited to join the precious moment of Closing of Holy Bible Month in Strada Santa Anna Junior High School.
